Absolutely unprofessional. I called and set an appointment for 1:00PM for a gel manicure. I arrived at 1:00PM exactly. After half and hour waiting, the receptionist told me that the nail technician who was supposed to take care of me had run late, wouldn't be able to take care of me, and no one else would be able to take care of me. The receptionist only offered an apology after I became visibly upset, as if this was no big deal. This shows a complete disregard for customers' time. If you plan on making an appointment here, I suggest you insist when calling on making sure that they can actually take care of you + you won't be kept waiting a ridiculous time.

Susette Coiffeur is this area's premier boutique salon with incomparable service. The owner, Susette Portilla, has created a top notch team of professionals including Jackie Santana (an excellent manicurist) that consistently builds on the services and techniques available to clients. I appreciate the close-knit community this salon has created and look forward to seeing its continued long term success!

Susette is an absolute artist! I’ve been getting my hair done by her for years and my hair dye is always vibrant and my extensions are flawlessly blended. When I first started going here my hair was destroyed from years of bleach, and now it is thick and healthy. I would never go anywhere else again.

This was my first time going and I had a wonderful experience at Susette Coiffeur. I wanted to get a balayage and I was paired up with Yaumara and I have to say O.M.G! Yaumara was very straight forward from the beginning, she explained what was possible given my dark hair and the platinum I was looking for as a final result. She did an amazing ud83dudc4famazing job and I couldn't be any happier with how the balayage turned out. I highly recommend booking with Yaumara as she will be very honest and will make sure your hair stays healthy and strong. The rest of the staff is very friendly and attentive. I just had an overall fantastic experience ☺
