I went to this store for the first time the other day to buy some cosmetics. There was beauty consultant named Indira. Very knowledgeable and professional who helped me with my selections and made great recommendations to me. Great customer service! Highly recommend this place.

This place is so outstanding. There is always promotions. Found coupons and discounts everywhere. When I walked in to look for a couple things. Multiple people asked me if they can help me . I did not need help cause everything is properly labeled with signs. Out of all the CVS I have been to . This one hands down is the most organized. Will start coming to this one now.

Roxy the store manager is soo professional and caring. She is very humble and sweet . She helped me when there was no one else around. Thank you for exceptional service!

I went today 11:00am because I was needing get a passport photo, the lady at the register told me that the system was down for getting the passport photo but it was fine if I want to print photos by myself. That's the second time that happens the same to me in this CVS store, the staff doesn't want to work. The systems was not down because the Kodak machine was working well, I sow it by myself. What I did is go to Walgreens to get my passport photo and also I take advantage I bought another things. The manager should do a better job and check that all their departments are working properly. For me there is not a third time going to that store.

I keep trying to give a chance to the staff but not worth it any more here we go, This is my first and last review with this pharmacy CVS. It is the worst customer service and staff, they take almost an hour to answer a call on any day but worst on weekends or weekdays afternoon.nThe doctor man he is great, but the rest have attitude all the time, phones rings and no answer. Or leave you on hold for an hour or more.nThey are the worst in this location.nManagement should be better scheduling staff and having someone to answer phones during peek time.nAlso customers please do the surveys every time you get a receipt and do surveys. That hopefully will work.and help us in the future and the manager to go long long.
