Really Bad Management. They always show diferent prices with the same pills everymonth needing the customer make a complaint about the prices and quantity

This company have the worst customer service line ever, The pharmacy staff are rude they don’t even care to help you, it’s really really bad the service.... the customer service line oh my God awful..... Not even one star for this place.

Over 6 years ago, my family transferred all prescriptions from this Walgreens to Publix for 3 elderly family members due to lack of customer service, refill issues, & a complete disregard for common courtesy. Today, I had to fill something there (not by choice) & I can report nothing has changed. They’re under-staffed, no one answers the phone, & when you happen to get someone on the phone, they’re abrasive & rude. The next time someone says Walgreens I will run in the opposite direction.

Its 920am, no one to be found! After waiting 10min i get a representative with an attitude, and very rude, no apology for the wait. I refuse to give my phone number for rewards, cause I've been waiting, after providing money for payment, she throws the change in my hand as if I'm a animal, no more Walgreens, I normally visit my local store but, this one here need CORPORATE ATTENTION A.S.A.F.P. ..... if you are interested.

Horrible service from pharmacy staff. I pulled up to dribe throuh and they did not acknowledge my presence for 10 minutes. Medicine was not ready and I was asked to return. When I returned 15 minutes later, medication was still not ready. Simply terrible attitude
