The employees are really nice, professional, well educated but I have one complain: In the pharmacy at the pick up area they have one iron cabinet and you are not available to show your identification in safety manners.The employee told me the manager is trying to protect her employees from the public (Covid19). Come on a plastic wall!

Manager is aware of mistake and mislead prices of some items. Be aware some items can be place by the manager in the wrong spot and wrong price while they finds a spot for the item. Keep in mind in other places item will be honored at the price advertised, but that's not at this CVS. The manager couldn't care less of how to correct the mislead price on items place in the wrong spot. Be on the look out for prices to match what it's advertise and at the register.

I’m rating them 1 star but honestly that’s too high!! TERRIBLE and I mean TERRIBLE customer service and they’re also really bad at doing their job. They lost my prescription and there’s nothing they can do about it. Also there was no sign that my prescription was even entered into the system after I kept coming back every day and they told me it just wasn’t ready yet. This is UNACCEPTABLE, wasted time coming to this place everyday for 2 weeks!! The pharmacy tech kept insisting that they gave me back my prescription which is not true. Super rude and super lazy staff, they need to FIRE THEM ALL. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Pharmacist using gloves to touch patient pills but using same gloves to shake hands, hug and help other employees send fax. Would not have even noticed if it wasn’t for the cashiers bad attitude.

Incompetent pharmacy staff.nThey NEVER have all my medications ready at the same time (even though my doctor sends them together!) It's ridiculous.nnToday was the final straw. I went two days ago to pick 3 meds, but they only had 1 ready. They said the other 2 would be done next day. I wait 2 days just in case. When I show up, only 1 of them is ready!nnThe technician rushes to fill the missing one. As she's doing that, another customer next to me is returning a medication that they WRONGLY handed to her that morning! If they hadn't noticed, that medication could've seriously hurt them!
