Great place. Got my Covid shot. Very helpful and friendly staff even in crazy times like we have now

Pharmacy phone rarely answers. If they do, they give incorrect time estimates. Expect your prescription to be ready a day or two after the time you are given on the phone. They are helpful in person which is why they get two stars. The store itself does not have a clean, organized feel. Many important items are not well stocked. It has a flea market vibe.

I ordered a personalized photo for my business online, which was time sensitive. I was told I’d be emailed when the photo was ready. I never received an email, so I called to inquire about my photo. They informed me that their machine wasn’t working and my order wasn’t processed. It was a huge waste of time and now I have to start all over. Thanks for nothing CVS.

Horrible customer service the manager is a liar extremely rude and unprofessional never again return here.nAlso in the pharmacy they charged me 140 dollars for medicines because they said my insurance did not cover. when I called my insurance they told me they do cover 100%...this is the worst cvs I know

The respondents who rated the store as poor because of the manager’s belligerent and unprofessional manner are so very right. I wish I read the store reviews before transferring my prescription there. Also, I noticed the manager and his employees don’t wear masks but require customers to do so. Why is that?
