This Pharmacy at this CVS is horrible, there is always long lines both outside and inside. If you try to call your put on hold. Aside from all that many times they’re out of the medication and you have to wait days to have the RX filled.nnReally wish my insurance would let me go to Publix, they’re much quicker and nicer.

My mother had the covid vaccine today.nExcellent service from the moment we walked in and registered.nPedro gave her the vaccine......very polite and courteous.

4 people fill out prescription.nnNobody on the cashier.nn14 people on line.nnThe only CVS open 24 hr.nnOnly happen on Hialeah.nnMany people want to work, this people has good paid and good job with ac, clean, they don't appreciate what they have.nnManagement has to do something about it.nnWe are in line for 30 minutes. They just don't care

Calling this CVS is a real pain... this is my second call of about 10+ minutes and after all that hold time they just hang up. Ridiculous how low the customer service is here. And lets not talk about the line (in the store or drive thru) its disappointing.

The pharmacists behind the counter does not like to do her job or help someone out. I did not know the script was at another CVS. At the other one the where closed but he still called it in assuring me its there 100% When I go back the girl is like oh my god its not here its at this location. I said y didn't you tell me that earlier , she didn't even check then said its still not there when the other pharmasast. Called them directly lazy lazy lazy. SHAME ON YOU and whats so bad Im Cuban TOO
