Great staff always helpful especially Leo five stars my hats off to you guys keep up the good work

Superb Service Staff! These professionals are calm and doing their work as efficient as possible. It took me 4 minutes to be at the door and get called by the PA system to get a Flu-shot. They take the same level of attention to each patient and understanding which was great cause some needed to understand how to better get notified of their prescription pick up time so they don't stay in store to wait. I had my own waiting time (5mins) as well as their Pharmacist on standby doing the flu shots. They are quick and give consult while you're at the station. It's Separated from the waiting which is great cause I didn't wait in(Service) line. They seem to have this properly organized with a free Flu shot opportunities, drive thru, and regular consult and waiting service. I thank the pharmacist and staff for treating me with their best!

I went to the pharmacy to get my partner meds the same night she went to an urgent care nearby. The attention and accuracy of their customer service was mediocre. Let’s begin there. The allotted time at this place was about two/half hours total.... Mind you, not that many people that night. The technician attending me was oblivious to her duties, as a pharmacist. I waited about 30 minutes because she was entering my insurance card info incorrectly into the system. Another pharmacist, resembling to misery was correcting her mistakes. Some time, after waiting another hour, a man asks my partner to move from the doorway to enter the pharmacy area, without uniform, kicks the door open.... He was a pharmacist clocking in for work. I told the lady I change my mind about waiting for the meds, it’s been awhile, we’ll pick it up tomorrow. She told that same guy that came in abruptly about what I told her and he addressed me with attitude. Lied by telling me, I won’t be getting approved right away for the meds, so I might as well pay for it now to get it tonight, if not, I’d wait about a week or so for “approval”. Basically, ranting to pay now or I’ll be given a refund later in time, if I’m not approved. He was lost in the conversation because I didn’t even give money nor wanted a refund for any matter.... The lady attending me said I could pick it up the following day with approval, no issues.nSo, she backed him, after him mentioning that, ergo contradicting herself in what she mentioned earlier.... I don’t recommend this place. Unprofessional, it was a hassle and terrible service.
