Dedicated service. My son's alternator bearings froze up on his car as he got to work. I drove up to help him but I could see it would require a mechanic. Since we don't live in the area I had to Google search for repair shops and Fred's was close by with good reviews. I called and explained the situation and he said that he could take care of it. He recommended a tow truck driver, which we called, and he came promptly and charged $60 for the tow, which I felt was reasonable. We got to Fred's around 1:00 and one of his mechanics said he would check the car when he finished another car. We went next door to get lunch at Flannigan's. When we got back he said that, yes, it needed a new alternator and serpentine belt and gave us the cost estimate. We were okay with that and said yes to the repair. Unfortunately they had difficulty in finding an auto parts with the alternator in stock and they didn't get it until almost 6:00. But they stayed past closing hours to get the job done and allow my son to drive home to Homestead. I really appreciated their willingness to stay late and get the job done.

Fred's is a place where they make you feel like family. They work hard to make sure you leave happy. They aren't like the rest they follow it all by the book and the prices are amazing by the book . At Fred's we manage to build my dream car and 100% show car winning every show it goes too. They work with you to find the solution no matter what it takes. They work so hard to see you drive off with a smile. Every time you come for a check or just to say hi it's all smiles day or night no matter how the day looks. The extra mile they take no other shop does it. There's no mistaken that who ever screwed you over on prices and the labor work that at Fred's will fix that and get you on the way to a better day. I don't stick around places that don't work well but at Fred's I been going there since I was 12 years old with my parents and I'm 36 now with my son going to Fred's. The place is amazing and he treats you like family and takes in your car like If it's their own. so go pass by If you want things done right the 1st time you won't be disappointed. make sure you come and Fred , Yoe or Robert They are a team and they will all help you in English or Spanish or they will find any way to communicate and keep you informed no matter how many people are there.

I definitely recommend Fred auto repair! Excellence of a service they are there to help you out .Joe was an amazing person fix my tire right away!
