Waited 22 mins for curbside and had to go inside and wait again
Horrible place. I ordered something via the app and parked there waiting for someone bring the food to me. It took like 10 minutes and no one came out. Then I came in asking for some information. And the staff said there was no order coming in so I couldn’t gave you the food without even tried to check with the manager. I also showed her my order via the app bit still can’t get my food. I wasted 20 min and 20 dollars there. Really bad customer experience
I come through the drive-through almost every morning. Martha is usually the order taker and cashier. She is so nice, efficient, and friendly. I really enjoy her nice attitude early in the morning. The folks working the second window are really nice too, but I don’t know their names. Always good service here.
The first time in my whole life that I received ketchup with my food, without even asking for it. That little thing made me feel nice. No mcdonalds does that anymore. Thanks Mr. Sherpa the general manager.
I never been to a McDonald’s this slow in the drive thru in my life. This is the worse McDonald’s and “fast food” restaurant to go to. They arent fast here at all in this McDonald’s. I’ve been here twice and I get the same experience with the drive thru. I don’t know if they need new management to manage better.
