This Starbucks must work on their drive thru operations. Takes 30+ minutes on a not so busy time of the day to get a coffee. (I’ve tried getting down, takes even longer!!). Not sure if it’s not enough staffing, equipment constraints or poor planning. Thank you, your very loyal customer.

Normally, there service is ALWAYS on point! But, last time I went there to get a Strawberry Açaí drinkud83euddcb. I got a water down NO strawberries açaí. Not cool. ☹

I stopped coming here (not Starbucks in general just this location) due to the long lines, the baristas and the fact that they could never get my order straight. I literally only ever order a pike roast with steamed cream and stevia. I’ve gotten coffees with unsteamed cream, Splenda instead of stevia, and have even given me full on black coffee.nnThe kicker? Being overcharged for my coffee on more than one occasion and even given attitude when I point out my drink is wrong after waiting 20 mins for it. If they even pay attention to you when you’re trying to tell them that your drink is wrong.nnYou’re better off going to the Starbucks at target or the one a couple of miles down in Miami Lakes. Less lines too.

This Starbucks location is the best.nnI may be biased and I think that’s okay. I could walk to this location and I’m so glad and lucky to be able to say that. I may not get crazy drinks or get very detailed and specific with my Starbucks drinks but you’d be surprised how many people can make a vanilla iced coffee the wrong way. My experience here has been surprisingly good.nnThey are very kind and friendly with me and my dogs. Asking for a complimentary puppachino is never an issue for them.nnI’m proud of the employees that work here and I hope they continue their great work.

The crew was friendly and moved the line pretty fast to have been so busy! The barista at the drive-thru window made it a point to give a receipt so I'd know the card balance.
