Went to get my shingles shot. The pharmacist which unfortunately I didn't get her name was excellent. She was very polite. I wish that for the second shot I get her again. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

It was exactly 6:25pm when my mom and I were cashing out, and we had a really bad experience. I went to get something else that I had forgotten before the person that was in front of us would have finished. My mom told the cashier named YOHANY that she could skip us so she could keep doing her job, and she did, but at the time she was done with that person I was there waiting for my stuff, and she told us that we had to wait for the other customer to be cashed out because she already started his bill by putting a box of water he had (knowing he was at two meters from us). All of these happening with her (the cashier) eating something in front of customers with her mask off (of course).nWalgreens you should hire new people with some matters.

This store has the worst customer service, that I ever experienced.nThe managers are not Friendly, Helpful or Curtious. When trying to acquire any type of service in the store or the pharmacy. After placing serval calls to the pharmacy for more than an hour and getting no answer, I then called back and asked to speak to the store manager or assistant. I got the assistant. She was very rude and not helpful at all. She didn't show any interest in my concerns when I attempted to explain the nature of my call. She simply, transfer the call back to the pharmacy where the same process began once again, No answer and then the call disconnected, once again.

This place is terribly understaffed. Trying to drop off a fed ex package, been waiting 10 minutes... No one is here to take it even though they have been called over the loud speaker.
