AAR Aircraft Services-Miami

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible management and they have the bad habit of making you stay late when they're getting ready to jack the airplane just when the shift is over, rather than doing it through the shift or have 3rd shift personnel to take over. In addition, 80% of the time they never have the tools you need to do the job. Half of the folks don't even speak English which is normally a general requirement to work on aircrafts. If possible, avoid this place. AAR is nothing but a darn joke.

Very bad management. Lack of organizacion.

They hide mistakes from Airline Reps to avoid losing the contract. Force mechanics to use unapproved equipment to get the job done faster and force supervisors/project managers to sign work from uncertified mechanics when planes have few days left then turn their backs when mechanics lose their license (happens often). Work at your own risk.
