I've only been through the drive thru, however the staff was courteous and informative.

Yikes. This place is not clean, staff is rude & if you’re dropping off a Rx.... HAVE FUN

I waited on the phone to speak with someone for 20 minutes to see if my scripts were ready and got hung up on then when I called back the guy who answered didn't even say anything when answering the phone. They are rude and take WAYYY TOO LONG TO DO ANY SCRIPTS! ONLY REASON I USE CVS IS BECAUSE THAT IS WHO MY INSURANCE PAYS FOR!! DO BETTER CVS

I dropped my prescriptions around 4:30pm They said it will take 2 hours to be ready. It wasn't ready until 8pm! When I got there the rude pharmacist shut the door IN MY FACE and said: We're not giving you anything tonight!!! The rudest employee EVER!!! Google and Facebook have CVS closing time as 9pm and the automatic service doesn't tell you they really close at 8pm. Tomorrow I will get my Rxs back and will not do business with them EVER AGAIN!!! I'd rather pay cash price at Walgreens next door!

This store is literally the worst. I don't know if they have lazy staff or just not enough staff but it's obvious that they don't give a rats about customer service. We scheduled a covid test and sat in a line for over an hour. Why schedule? I cringe every time I have to pick up a script so I set it for every 90 days to save myself the aggravation and less time out of my life waiting. I think they must have a mandatory 30 min. wait even if you call your script in 3 days early. Either that or they are now employing not very bright folks and when it comes to medication, this could be bad. I check mine when I pick it up and want to suggest everyone else do to. After today I will not delay moving pharmacy's any longer.
