I preordered a top in September. I received the order in November (after emailing and asking about it). I received the wrong size from them. Response was “if it doesn’t fit, you can return it’. Very frustrating, especially after waiting two months. Then I was told, well maybe you don’t need to pre-order. I preordered so I could receive the order. NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY....JUST RUDENESS!
