The pick up area is very slow. They seem to pick and choose which orders they bring out. I watched 3 cars that came way after me, get their orders and I've been sitting her for over 50 minutes watching a long line of people waiting for spots. They need more employees to bring out orders so customers are waiting so long.

Do not use their Grocery pick up! I ordered $80 in items. 4 items were out of stock. One of the out of stock items was Mozzarella Cheese, the other was Liquid soap. BOTH items were approved for substitutions. They could not substitute those two items. There is no hand soap or mozz cheese in Walmart? The other two items, from the garden area, I picked the exact same items up this morning and there were still a lot of items left on the shelf. I ordered more (garden sprayer and pesticide) online and all of a sudden they are out of stock? I think it was a lazy shopper! When I got home and unpacked- I had 3 items that were past the expiration date (produce) and moldy (visible). 2 hours trying to contact the store to talk to a manager, no one can pick up the phone? I got a refund for the items but it seems as time goes on, their shoppers care less and less about the products they are putting in bags. Never again!!!

Not the best selection of clothes, but the store is exceptionally clean and the employees friendly and courteous.

I made a call to this store before I drove 20 miles looking For clay pots and saucers. I called every department and the phone rang 20-22 minutes no answer, I have my phone record! Finally last extension....Electronics! Promptly a friendly voice , LEO answers the phone with a warm greeting and I asked for garden center. He advised they closed Garden center at 4:00pm but happy to help me! He came back with all details and pricing!! Awesome, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE LEO! Wal Mart should reward you with Service of the year as no one else can even answer the phone every department over 20 minutes. Where is the GM?
