Multiple errors found a year later and when I asked for proof that they sent in our business taxes they sent me a hand written invoice. We paid them to have our business changed from an LLC to an Corporation which was never done. Once I received a notice from the IRS I called them and spoke multiple times with the office manager Myra and I sent her proof of payment for them doing this for us. We had to pay to have our taxes fixed and thank goodness the irs understood and corrected their errors. I wrote in to them with proof of payment for services, requesting the fee that we had to pay be covered and they refused to make right on their errors, super disappointing!!!! Beware of using them, errors take years to show sometimes.

In the beginning I thought they were ok and then it happened: My 2017, that they prepared, was riddled with errors and those errors weren’t discovered until 2019. Because of the errors, my refund was less than it should have been and they repeated the errors on my 2018 return. Their communication is lacking and poor. My 2017 return had to be amended and re-filed and my 2018 return must be completely redone as well. They offered no compensation off the fees they charged me and Valerie told me “to have a nice life” quote-un-quote, when I approached them. If I could give them a 0 star, I would. They wouldn’t even apologize when I showed them the correct and amended form.
