It is so nice to work with people who really have a passion for what they do and these people LOVE to travel. Not only do they love to travel, they LOVE to talk to others about traveling. In fact, I believe that they get real delight in vicariously traveling with their customers. So, you have these people who not only LOVE what they do, but also know all of the ropes necessary to secure the best deals. They are great. Highly recommend!

Cruise Planners help us plan a cruise for our group and they were excellent in their attention to details. We all got reminders ahead of time to register properly with the cruise line including making our beverage package selections and also our parking plans. They provided us with message boards at each participant's room so that we could message and make plans with each other. They were able to arrange a semi-private cocktail party onboard the ship and made a point to interact with all of us while we enjoyed the cruise.nI would not hesitate to plan a trip through them again and recommend them without reservations

Integrity! Jeff and Valerie provide excellent travel products and services but their integrity is what stands out for me. They deliver even more than is expected by their strong communication, follow through and special add on bonuses. My sister and I hope to plan an Italy trip with this fabulous team soon.

I have not been on a cruse before. After talking with Jeff Ackler with Cruise Planner he made me fell at ease about the trip. I have to tell you that the cruise was great, it was worth the money spent to get away for just a few days. If you plan on any trip and you need or want some help, I would recommend Jeff with Cruise Planner. They can handle couples as well as big groups.

Internet is for looking - travel agent is for booking. Valerie is excellent and helped navigate the many options available. Ended up with a great cruise containing a number of extras I didn't even know were available. Highly recommended!
