Without a doubt the best attorney ever... Very patient, knowledgeable and kind. Benjamin Cox really was out for my best interests in a very difficult time in my life. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable, reassuring, and seasoned attorney and staff. His staff was very responsive and Mr. Cox was always forthright with me while at the same time I knew he was truly fighting for me during a really difficult time. My first and hopefully only experience with a lawyer - But it has been wonderful all things considered. Ben is EXTREMELY informative. When meeting with him you’ll see just how much experience he has. He takes his time to be very thorough. He never give false hopes and is realistic which I feel is what one would want in a lawyer. He could have 100 other cases he’s working on, but I never felt like I was in line. He always seemed 100% dedicated and knew the case to a T. His staff is also so kind and they’ll know exactly who you are when you call. If you value quality over quantity and need to feel 1000% supported during a difficult time, this is the man you need to see!

This gentlemen is willing to listen and empathize with the struggles you are facing! If he does not feel the case is proper for him to handle, he will direct you to the right place. His approach is therapeutic and he knows his stuff! His wife is also a gem! I’d recommend this law firm to anyone struggling with family, custody, guardianship issues in Lake County.....I would give a “hundred” stars if I could! Thanks!
