Horrible customer service! I inquired about cancelling my membership due to COVID-19. It took forever for someone to return my e-mail and voicemail. When I did finally cancel, I was still charged the next month, even though a gave one month's notice. When I questioned this, the owner was very rude and condescending to me. If you are looking for a gym with friendly customer service, this is definitely not the place!
I stopped by with questions regarding a potential membership. The owner was very professional and gave me a full tour of the facility along with providing me with some free samples of some of the wellness products they sold there. He didn't try and pressure me into joining but simply encouraged me to join when I was ready. Needless to say I ended up joining.
Would not recommend. The management lacks customer service skills. However, I will give it 2 stars because it's always very clean and Kori is a fantastic trainer.

I highly recommend not to join ANYTIME Fitness. They are doing Fraud. I witnessed it.
