I am updating my previous review. I have heard from Mr Boress and we both understand where the breakdown in communication occurred and I feel sure it has been rectified and won't happen again. He is taking care of the problem and I am satisfied with the work they are doing for me.nnExtremely disappointed. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my return to be completed. I can't get anyone to call me back and give me an idea when they will be done. the receptionist keeps telling me it is in process and someone will call be back. It seems they are way too busy to get things done or even give one update in 6 weeks!

I live in Chicago, but decided to go with a trusted recommendation over someone local whom I did not know.nnThey handled my remote situation with ease - we had an introductory phone call or two, and then they set me up with their secure online portal for document transfer. It's easy to use for sending and receiving information.nnTheir work has always been careful and precise; they have handled all filing and clearly communicated any next actions that I've needed to take.nnI plan on continuing to work with Allan Borress for my accounting needs for the foreseeable future!
