This place that used to be great, over the last couple of years it's like there's a totally different owner, it just seems as if the staff is not as polite, which I fine to be a pretty huge aspect when rating. The food is great, I have ordered pork a couple of times without any sauce and okra many times and had no ranch with it when I have ordered it previously ahead of time. As I said, I never had these issues a couple of years ago. The food is definitely amazing, I must say. And they do a great job at catering.

EDIT: Great place on Sundays, but gets busy. Need better employee training. HOSPITALITY is a must. Not the best BBQ; my stomach just was not right after the brisket or was it the spinach, one of those. Honestly, I loved this place, owner is nice, but, I won't be back to a Dickeys.

Came for lunch today with a friend. We ordered, and our food was ready for us rather quickly. We had the ribs and brisket. The ribs were very good. The meat was tasty and fell off of the bone. Pleasantly surprised at how much meat was on the ribs. The brisket was tender and tasted great. We tried 3 sides also: coleslaw, baked beans, and the fried okra. All 3 sides were delicious. This restaurant has Coke products to drink. Also, there is an ice cream cone machine for free for a sweet dessert. We will definitely return!

I enjoyed the pulled pork tacos! After all who doesn't enjoy tacos! Came with one side dish, and a beverage. But I ordered two side dishes. Baked beans and waffle fries. We had five adults and three kids. Cost less than $55 out the door. Alessi very helpful and got our hot food right out to us. Definitely will be back! Very clean restaurant and helpful staff!

Love the food at this place, I have been coming here for a minute. I came in today and the staff was sitting around in the corner not doing a single thing, the place was a complete mess!! I was very upset. I know running a business is tough but this staff has very poor qualities with cleaning the drinks and sauce bar was a sticky mess.. I will be returning. But I would like to see it cleaned up. Because if it looks like this. What is the food getting treated like?
