Pizza Hut on Broad Street is the cleanest Pizza Hut ever been to. The people there are very sweet. And understanding the pizza I ordered was very fast. And tasted great the sauce was put on Jesus right and all the toppings were distributed equally.. this place is my personal favorite
Best pizzas at affordable prices. Ever since I tasted their alfredo noodles with chicken, I order it every time. Huge serving that is two meals for me. And they have stuffed crust pizzas! Love the friendly and fast service of the team there. My favorite place to enjoy great food. Highly recommend this location.ud83dudc95
I placed my order on the phone, spoke to a person that didn't speak English very well. I was given the price. I went to pizza hut on Broad St. to pick up my order. Young lady comes out and asked for my name, she gives me a list of names I'm not on it. She said oh here it is that will be (different price from what person on phone told me). I said that's fine here's my money. I said what is my order? She told me something completely different from what I ordered. Next I guess it was the manager came out and explained the price difference. I said so tell me what I ordered again something totally different. He takes my order and goes inside. Now he comes out and said the call center messed up so we're not charging you tonight. I'm happy about free pizza but come on I'm now here 45 minutes because somebody can't do their job right.
They picked up the phone unlike guys across the street PJ. I was on hold for over 5 minutes so i hung up. Must be why they have cheap coupons for that location? I called Pizza hut and they picked up fast, made my pizza fast, made it correct the first time, and tasted great. Should've just stuck with the hut instead of trying to save 2 bucks across the street.
Very corteous and friendly staff. Curbside pickup is attentive and efficient. A good example for Pizza Hut locations to follow.
