Im a traveler from Seattle and was very nervous about where I was going to take my car for an oil change in a town that I don't know anything about. So glad that I chose these guys after reading all of the positive reviews. These guys are efficient and good at what they do. I was back on the road in a quickness and now I can begin my road trip back home to Seattle. I wish can take the shop and crew with me because this is actually my best experience with an oil change service. Thanks guy!!

Called store 5 times during 90 min. spread in middle of day.nNo one ever picked up phone.nCalled corporate office to see if they were still open. Only person I could get to answer was HR person. She connected me with another office and they didn’t answer either. Tried to call her back and she wouldn’t pick up my call again. They might be good, but that’s not the way I do business.nSo couldn’t use this business and I will be happy to tell story.

So far I've gotten my oil changed with these guys 3 times and haven't had any particular issues. You can get your oil changed right in your car and last time I went they changed my air filter and tail light as well, and it was about $60 for all three things. I'm generally wary of people who work with cars, and I hate being constantly upsold, but this place has been pretty good about just getting me in and out and on with my day so far.

The team at Express are superb! My Dad told me many years ago that the cleanliness of the garage was an indication of the quality of the service. The Brooksville location is spotless and the quality is 5-Star! Team members are very courteous and professional. Very pleased with the price of the oil change and will likely visit if I have any major issues with my vehicles.

I went here for the first time after going to my usual car repair shop. They charged me $60 less and a lovely woman named Pat actually dropped me at home and picked me up, instead of paying for Uber. I need to mention I live almost half an hour away. Being a single mom I’m always afraid of being ripped off. I’m not lying when I say EVERYONE greeted me. You can tell they’re grateful for the business...the other place acted like they were doing me a favor.There must have been 6 or 8 people that smiled and said hello. This place will be taking care of my car needs from now on. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
