Rick Matthews Buick GMC

I would like first to start off by saying Tim the salesman is by far the best in the business and super easy to deal with! He’s been excellent to me and my family. I would highly recommend doing business with him!nnNow the reason why I’m leaving this 1 star review is because of the experience I’ve had here at the service department at Rick Matthews.nnI few months back I took my truck in for a oil change and had my A/c fixed on my 2017 Sierra Denali. With that being said I went home and flew out for Texas for work. At the time my Wife was driving my truck. She told me often that there was noise coming from the engine compartment and I told her i would check it when I got home. So I got home and open the hood to find a half can of “Throttle body cleaner” laying in my engine bay. Which is “Highly Flammable” I Can’t imagine what if the bottle that was left by a mechanic rolled into my fan or belts. Or even the can itself blew up, with my Fiancé and my 5 month in the truck. So today 12/22/20 I took my truck in for a oil change and new tires and to tell the service department about this issue. I talked to the service manger about this issue and it was like talking to a wall. The way he treated this matter is just unbelievable. Never apologized, nothing. He told me the “highly Flammable” “can was not going to explode anyways” He never seemed concerned about my family or my safety at all. I’m a loyal customer and easy to deal with. But when you put my fiancé, myself, and my 5month old at risk there’s is no way I’m returning. I’m NEVER dealing them again. STAY AWAY!!!!!

The salesman Tim took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for. He was patient and answered all my questions. I bought a 2020 Encore and love! It is exactly what I had in mind. It’s the size I was looking for with great pickup and many extras. Tim is very knowledgeable and made car shopping fun! I would highly recommend Rick Matthews to anyone in the market for a car!

I drop off my lease car here.I called there they said the car was not there. I started wondering what to do call the police so I told them I was going to call the police they did not want me to do all of sudden the car is there they lied to me over over again my son has the virus my wife works in ICU unit too I have friends and family members die I explain to this dealership my hard ship I could not pay the insurance. I can to the car I own only.less 400.00 on the lease which I will paid I would never go to a place that lies to you to put your mind into hard ship never buy a car here. GMC said I would drop my car here. GMC was good to me this place lies .A place that lies is no good.
