Oh. My. Goodness. Bistro is now going to be one of my favorite places! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the atmosphere is amazing. I came in on a very busy day, but they still gave me impeccable service. The drinks were amazing (they have a full bar and bottomless mimosas on Sundays) and the food was hot and fresh! I would recommend their sandwiches or flatbreads and they have vegetarian options!!! There is plenty of free parking around town with free street parking right in front of the building. I will definitely be going back—love the environment and I can’t wait to visit again!

I stopped in for lunch and I left very satisfied. The inside is spacious and comfortable with relaxing decor. Every staff member i encountered was very friendly and courteous. My waitress gave me great recommendations off the menu. The food was very tasteful served fresh and a good price. I will definitely be returning there.

I was here for a shower and not the regular eating scene. That being said the atmosphere and decor are so comfortable yet a step up than most. They have a large bar and excellent food. My favorite is the mac n cheese and pita chips with goats cheese and honey. I will come visit again during regular hours. 2 thumbs way up!

This place is super cool and so clean! I ordered the crab cakes and they were perfection. I would say they were 90% lump crab and fried to perfection with panko crust. One of the best I've ever had. The salads and Bloody Marys are so yummy! This will be our favorite new place to eat in Brooksville. They are Cracker Kitchen with more room, better ambiance, and elevated food. Amazing!

Was hoping to have crab cakes, but there seem to have been a run on them. Opted for a burger which was good with an egg and bacon both perfectly cooked. Grits with gouda cheese were delicious too I will get them again.
