Mike is EXTREMELY rude on the phone. I have never experienced such sarcasm from someone before. Called to check up on an order status of something that was ordered 3 weeks ago and he goes “uhhh didn’t I just speak to you a couple days ago? what did I tell you a couple days ago? I’m going to tell you the same thing.” As someone who was speaking very nice to him I thought that was extremely sarcastic because I was asking for an update on something that was needed for clinical. That is no way to talk to someone who is being nothing but nice. I just asking if there was any possibility it could be ready by a certain day since I waited 3 weeks already. No need to be rude over the phone. Very disrespectful and terrible customer service.

5 stars for my first experiences here a year ago, 0 stars for today's experience. Rude and unhelpful service from Jill and another gentleman that was uncharacteristic of the gracious, helpful service that had me returning to the store and recommending it to coworkers. Not having my size in stock is inconvenient but okay. Trying to convince me to pay upfront for an order that I can neither try on nor refund and then being rude about it when I say no is not.

UPDATE : BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!!nAfter an entire month of not receiving my uniform (after paying in full upfront) I called again to get a status on my uniform as I was so graciously told before it takes 2-3 weeks. This time I was told “oh I texted you on the eighth” I never got a text. So my paid for uniform has been sitting there for a week now. I don’t believe they texted me and it probably has something to do with posting the review below. Even if they did text me, and I didn’t respond or show up, why wasn’t there a courtesy call or a retext? The only reason these people are in business is because of their contracts with schools and what not that force you to go here. Like I said before avoid this place if you can. If you need a uniform, go there and try it on so you know what size/style/ and color you need so you can order it on Amazon. If your uniform needs a patch just buy the patch and bust out a needle and thread. And if your uniform needs specific embroidering, well then close your eyes and cross your fingers and may god be with you...nnJust called about order status of uniform. Guy who answered rude as heck! Pro tip: order as much as you can from Amazon and avoid supporting this business. I very politely asked how long it takes to receive a uniform and he became instantly condescending and unhelpful. Unprofessional. I told him I ordered a uniform a week and a half ago and was just wondering on average how long it takes to receive. Well gee whiz he didn’t like that one!! I do not get why people work somewhere that makes their life that miserable.

I drove around 35 minutes for scrubs here, I was starting my classes soon and never had tried on or looked for scrubs the workers were quite rude and short, I ended up paying 80 dollars for 2 shirts and one pair of pants, very very pricey compared to where I later found better scrubs. I then wished to return and upon asking about it was told they don’t accept returns and no other clothing store does either when in fact, multiple other clothing stores, multiple other scrubs stores and shoe stores are in fact accepting returns, I wished to return because I had not even taken them out of the bag. Was treated very poorly with little compassion, was told that I was warned about the no returns policy when In fact I never was and never was made aware of any sign or anything. very disappointing I suppose. And if I tried it on in store and put it back in the rack how is the return any different?? oh well.
