Good people, good boats, great experience!
Their boats are top notch, brand new. The staff was great. Take the time to go over the charts before leaving. It’s tricky waters. Know that you can not take their boats into the gulf, you’ll be in the river and bays, which there is still plenty to see. Dolphins galore. Also they do not have infant life vests, call ahead or bring one if needed. I’ll rent with them again if I come back.
This review relates to Walker's Marina standing behind their boat repair work.When my boat steering problem, which Walker's had worked on, was not fully corrected I informed Gene Sarazen, the service manager. He asked me to promptly bring the boat back. The residual problems were corrected at no additional charge. There's a happy ending when a marina stands behind the work they do. They also washed the boat!
The crew helping with loading & unloading the boat were great. Elva was rude & extremely unprofessional. I plan on reaching out to the owner about my experience.
