Food was fast but my burger had entirely way too much ketchup on it gross! And then we ask for a triple cheese burger and get 2 meat 3 cheese and an employee says thats actually the triple cheese burger. Liar! I thought! I've eaten an purchase them before and it was 3 meat 3 cheese! Can some one comment? And tell me the truth!

Ordered my son a happy meal and the fries were hard as ever. Like really. They know a happy meal fries shouldn’t be that hard. Not sure if they are training someone new or what. Not only were his hard mine were too smh. On top of that they didn’t even give my son his drink from the happy meal. Should’ve went with my first mind.

I stopped this morning for breakfast. The line was outrageous going thru drive thru so I figured I would go inside. I had a coupon on their company app that wouldn't go through on their computer. They said there was nothing they could do about it and wouldn't honor their advertisement. How can a company not override and honor their own advertisement coupons!!?!???

Service was good, but most importantly my food was hot my drink was cold. I did not have to wait for a long time and the outside weather was great, so I just sit in my automobile and ate my meal.

Slow service and EVERY TIME we go there the ice cream machine is down. Fix your machine!! I would rather drive the extra few miles into Menominee Falls... don’t waste your time at this location
