Our fries were ordered 30 minutes before closing. I am just impressed that they were warm, not chewy, and salted normally. Could have been better, but could have been much worse.

This place is a nightmare. What I can say is that the food is atleast good and of decent quality. However, the parking lot is an absolute atrocity at lunch time. If you park your car, be prepared to sit for 20 minutes waiting for the drive through traffic to let you out to leave. After already having issues with the kiosk on my visit, having to suffer mild heat stroke on the wait to get out of the parking lot was just awful in addition to completely absorbing what was left of my pitiful lunch hour.

Food was good but staff was a little rude when the order got messed up. The time that I waited to be informed that they messed up the order definitely makes me question if the wait for my food was worth it. I'm still willing to try them again however.

Ordered 3 cheesburgers on chicken nugget meal and a few drinks. Only 2 cars in the driveway and no one in the store, yet the manager and employees were more concerned about the conversation than on servicing the customer on 11/29 in the evening. Including what looked to be manager who took of her mask as she walked by with the order. After waiting a while, we were handed bag, not so much as a thank you and to make things worse 2 cheeseburgers were missing. Had to give the gentlemen at the window the receipt and even then not so much as an I'm sorry. This crew definitely needs to go back for some customer service training.
