Head Start Preschool 1

My grand son has been enrolled here a little over a month now, in such time the teachers in the infant room have helped set a sleeping and feeding schedule. That has really helped and since he has started there I have seen a tremandous difference in him. The staff and teachers there treat him as if he was their own child ,and that means the world to me and my daughter. Ms.Wanda and Ms.Lorraine are always so nice and friendly at the front desk when I come to get my grandson. I would recommend this school to anyone .

My daughter started this school in 2018 and just finished preschool this past may of 2019. I am very pleased with the staff (who were all so friendly) and the curriculum was on point. My daughter learned how to read and learned some valuable lessons from this school. Ms. Wanda the director was amazing. And my daughters teacher Ms. Meisha, was very good with the children. She is patient and very curriculum oriented. I'm glad that I chose this school for preschool for my daughter. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a good preschool in the area. I've visited other schools before choosing this one. The others were not as clean, and the teachers didnt seem as hands on and friendly as the ones in this school. Highly recommended!

My son goes to the after care and he loves it. I love the fact they help with homework reading and still have time to play diffent games. The aftercare does cooking science and music and much more every day I come to get my son and he never wants to leave. He really enjoys this school amazing staff.

This school is absolutely amazing 2 of my children graduated from this Preschool, the teachers prepare the students for kindergarten! So your child/children are not just having fun but learning as well. Btw the Director here is such an amazing person inside and out! Head Start Preschool is definitely one for the books❤

I have to start by saying it's extremely important to me to find a school;where I feel comfortable leaving my child. And I definitely feel that way with him being at Head Start Preschool 1. The school is very clean. And my child seems to be learning which is great! I love the fact that it has the feel of an actual school; not just a preschool. Also the teacher are really nice and respectable and easy to talk to. And my child loves Ms.Debbie. Whose a really sweet person. Thumbs up keep it the good work!!
