Won't open their lobby's won't answer the phone. How the hell do I do business with a place like this. Very ticked off. I don't have hours to sit on hold and they don't return your calls. Walk or run away.nUPDATE: Took 3 days before they actually returned my calls and email.
The help needs training. To small of a staff for the volume of people that use this location. If possible I use another location.

Long time customer, this particular branch has been circling the drain. Slow long lines, disrespectful tellers, and even worse management. I'd rather drive 8 miles to go to a different location
Decent credit union, but the worst call center I've ever had to deal with. Don't even try to do business over the phone, it isn't worth it.
