I was recommended by my mother to bring my daughter here and i can say the customer service and quality of Work was on point to the key. My daughter was very much satisfied.!
I don’t recommend. Called prior and asked how much for natural hair. She said 50 and up. She said make an appt. I get there 5 mins before and she’s just starting someone else. Great wash by Maria. The older lady (the owner?) ripped my hair out w/o patience for rollers. She re-did it like 5 times that Maria finished a girls hair 2x thicker and longer faster. My hair is shoulder length. So I finished the dryer fast. The older lady asked in Spanish if another client “can she do my hair first”?? How rude is this. Must have been a friend bc they always cleaned her seat before her sitting but not for myself and another girl in the salon.She wasn’t even finished drying!! Maria straightened and I ask how much. The older lady took about 2 minutes to answer and said 60. I said what’s the extra 10 for? She stayed silent another minute and said natural. She proceeds to talk in Spanish saying how I don’t understand this and that. She didn’t know I understood Spanish. Just rude. It’s a typical question when spending your money. So unprofessional and would not return.
Very good service, my hair looks healthy and she is a really good hair stylist. I recommend 100%.
This was my first ever going to a Dominican salon and I choose this one and they were amazing. My hair is so silky and smooth. 100% recommended
Very satisfied with the work being done here at this salon! When it comes to MY hair I usually have a hard time trusting people for a cut, but I took the leap and was graced by happy results. A four star to CoCo Alexander for impeccable style! Above all it was a grand experience.
