I have rented from this location for about 7 years and I am very impressed by the customer service. About three weeks ago I had to go to this location and Shakira took very good care of me. She was excellent. She was very attentive, helpful and had a great attitude. It is very refreshing to find customer service like this one. I wish her well and she is a great asset to Public Storage.
