Only store you pay for your returns! Items on sale, stuck with a store credit! And the descriptions are too skimpy to know exactly what you are getting. I got a suit without bra!! I ordered a 10. ....at size 10, I need a bra! Duh! Come on! Everyother store send you a return label! NEVER AGAIN
Orchid Boutique”s customer service is amazing!. I made a purchase last night and I wanted to use a promo code, but after 20 min looking all the different options I forgot to apply the code and I made the purchase without the discount. I sent a message thru the chat and They answer back with a refund. Can you believe it? . . I love Touche bathing suit and they have a great selection of this brand. Thank you so much!
I visited this location yesterday expecting to find a store like place but it is the warehouse, however, since I called in advance to let them know I wanted to go, they ask me to bring a list of pieces that I would like to try on as there are no items in display and so I did. The ladies there were very kind, they looked for all the items in my list and also suggested other pieces for me to try. Not all the items were in stock but I was able to see similar suits and decide if I wanted to order them based on how the others looked on me which I did. It was a very nice experience, I will be coming back for sure.
I live close to the warehouse and call to see if I could go to try on some items before ordering to avoid having to return something afterwards. They told me I could and explained that not all the items in the website were in stock but that I could try what was in stock just to get an idea of how the sizes in each brand would work on me, they also told me to take a look at the page before going and make a list of things that I would like to try on so that they could retrieve all the items for me as nothing is on display but rather in pretty neat shelves very organized. The two ladies there were very helpful. Now I know that I can order online and don't have to worry about returning items due to sizing.
In search for a cute swimsuit for an upcoming girls trip. I've been very happy with the items I've ordered and the customers service I received. I had to return a couple items because of the fit or sizing and had no issues. In fact, they have been more than helpful by phone or email. I will absolutely order again. Thanks again for all your help!
