I have been a loyal customer of Pollo Tropical for the last 15 years, often visit at least 5 times a week... customer service has never been the reason that I choose Pollo Tropical but since moving to Coconut Creek, my local Pollo Tropical is awesome. The service is way superior compared to the other locations and the staff is friendly and always appreciative. I would like to especially recognize Ashley, from the moment I hear her voice at the Drive Thru, I know I'm going to be taken care of, the order will be accurate and I will be greeted with a smile!!! The manager Lexi is great; always smiling and full of energy!

Always a great place to get dinner or lunch. The staff is super friendly and work hard. They do their best to keep the line moving and the food never fails to make us happy.

Something is really falling apart with online ordering at the Coral Springs locations. I eat at pollo and use the app 2-3 times a week. Typically I don’t have issues or delays. That was until the last few weeks. I’m not sure what has changed, but it’s a disaster lately. I’ll place an order and get to the store. Everybody is all over the place. I wait until the time stated on my transaction (even though it’s typically ready before that). I even give them a few extra minutes when they’re busy. Then after I have had my order in and exceeded the time by 5-10 minutes I question one of the workers. My order was ready the whole time and just sitting on the line. Why aren’t they completing and bagging these orders? I’m not waiting an additional 5-10 minutes to remake it so I just take it and say thanks. I noticed several complete orders just sitting there waiting for people to speak up I guess. There’s an actual rack where these orders are supposed to go. Why aren’t you using it? Why is it complete and just sitting there in your way of making more orders?

Line was long in the drive-through , but they handled it efficiently..and it moved!! Had one of the best Cuban sandwiches ever. A very good experience overall.

The quality has significantly gone down! The flavor of everything is trash. Lack luster black beans, unsalted white rice, and extremely bland chicken. I really hope it's just this location because this meal was underwhelming. The cooks need to get back to the basics of the recipes asap. Definitely not Cuban style.
