My son is a big fan of this place . He loves the bowls. Goes in and comes out with a big bag. Mom i got you those tortilla chips you like. This place gets 5 star if i could give you 10 i would. My son would eat here everyday

One of my favorite brunch places in SF. It's a great fusion of Asian food and traditional American brunch dishes! I've gotten the Pork Belly Tacos, which had the right amount of savory and sauce. Beautiful presentation too! The only negative is that there's always at least a 1.5-2 hour wait if you go during peak brunch hours, but if you're able to dodge the crowd, Kitchen Story won't let you down!

The employees at this location needs training. When you are in a customer service business it is important that you have employees who are professional, courteous and respectful. This is my second visit and I experienced the same service. I always believe in giving second chances but the second visit was worst than the first. First they are always out of something and you don’t find out until you get to the counter, second the associates act as if you are bothering them. They should understand that without our purchase they will be unemployed.

This is the second time that I placed an Online order and they got it messed up. The only reason why I place the order here again was because I was in the area and figured I’d give them a second chance but I should’ve listen to the reviews as they are absolutely right! I placed my order for 11 o’clock to be picked up thinking that the food was going to be fresh because I just open but it was not fresh at all. I ask for extra chicken and extra rice and there was a little chicken and a little rice I also ask for corn salsa and there was none at all on my bowl also ordered chips and chips tasted stale and I ended up throwing them away. Not happy at all. Chipotle used to be amazing I don’t know what’s going on with them lately
