Wingstop

I usually buy wings here and the experience is usually decent. But the other night was another story... I called in to order about 30 wings 20 minutes before closing and I was told that they don't accept orders that are within a certain slot before closing time which I am fine with. I then told the lady that I'm coming in 5 minutes to place the order live to which she said no problem, then when I get there, I order 30 classic bone-in wings, and you could here them in the background telling the front girl to tell me that they only have boneless because no one wants to wait for bone-in to cook. SMH!!! What kind of customer service is that? These chain restaurants don't care about customer service.

i will never go back to wingstop ever again. I ordered 4 well done meals today, was charged for 5 and me chicken was undercooked and the fries were cold. i go here faithfully on my lunchtime because it is across the street and this is the 3rd time my food was either not cooked, not seasoned, or there was a price discrepancy. DONE

The Manager, Gregory is very rude and unprofessional. This location always misses or forgets to put items in your to go order. Anyone in my family or myself will never spend money at this location again. It's not worth it...

Great wings, excellent sauces. The Korean BBQ was awesome as well as the lemon pepper.
