This gym is amazing! The owner and trainers are awesome, patient, and encouraging. I've been to a lot of gyms, and this BY FAR is the best workout. The trainers are accommodating to any injuries or difficulties you may have. They make you feel welcome and comfortable the second you come in. Their class times are super convenient, and the memberships are affordable. Class sizes are small enough that you don't get lost in the group, and you still get 1 on 1 attention. If you want an insanely awesome workout and support group, this is your place!

Fit 5 Gym specializes in small group workouts. Monday, Wednesday and Fridays are geared more toward strength training and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays are geared toward high intensity interval training. You will get a great workout and everything can be modified for any fitness level. If you listen to the trainers and follow their nutritional tips you will see results. The workouts are fun and efficient. I highly recommend this gym for any fitness level.

Love this gym! The coach and trainers push you to do your personal best, the classes never feel like a competition and everyone is super encouraging. They change up the workouts each time while offering alternative moves in case you cannot perform the exercise (I couldn’t do box jumps so they had me do step ups). While most people stay to do a full hour workout the classes run in 30 minute increments, making this perfect for people like me who are pressed for time. Don’t let the 30 minutes fool you, the classes are fun but challenging. M, W, F are more geared toward strength conditioning, while the Tues/Th/Sat classes are HIIT. Coach Dan is great, the assistant coaches Bryan and Alex have energizing personalities and are happy to help when you feel lost or have questions. All in all awesome gym to help you reach your goals while working out with amazing people!

I love this gym! It’s never the same boring routine. Everyday is different and challenging which I love.
