If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of their sales men, Steven, come out to my house to look at my garage to give a quote for a polyaspartic flake epoxy flooring. I originally had tile on my floor which I was going to remove myself. The sales man saw the floor with tile, and we let him know that the tile had thinkset underneath. he told us that would not be a problem, that they would simply grind it all off prior to starting the flooring. We also told him we wanted to do the concrete boarder around the garage, what he called a cove base. they gave us a price that we decided to take and we were excited to start our floor. When it came to the day of doing the floor, the worker who was going to be doing the floor saw the floor with tile removed and told us he was not informed that the floor was going to have the thinkset from the tile. He then had to call the company to discuss the pricing of the job since he would not be getting paid enough for the amount of work it would take (the worker is contracted by the company). The sales man then called me and let me know we would have to pay an additional $300 for the job we had already discussed. We informed then that we were not willing to pay the additional cost as we had already agreed upon a price. (mind you, we only have a 1 car garage, so they were making us pay for their minimum square foot rather than the square footage we actually had). When we asked for our deposit back, one of their employees actually had the audacity to tell us we would not receive the entire amount back. They later agreed to give it back, but this is not the way you do business. You cannot sell a product or service and then day of the job tell someone they need to pay more, when there has been no change to the original plan. In the future I will not work with a company like this, a company that contracts other workers to come do the job and then tries to short the worker and the customer.
My floors look great. They did a couple thousand square feet of office space for me in metallic epoxy. Love it. Highly recommend.
Worst job ever! Buyer Beware! Very unprofessional and amateur workmanship. There are so many bubbles in the floor you can’t count them all. Some bubbles are as large as 3”-9”. The floor has to totally be redone. They used black non skid granules instead of white, on a white floor. The seamless floor has lines of demarcation where the non skid was not carried through. To make matters worse the non skid is lifting every time the floor gets washed. It will be completely off in less than 6 months. This also leaves the floor slippery with a liability nightmare.nThe painters who claimed to be professionals tried to shake me down for an additional $750. The “not so professional” painters made a complete mess of the newly renovated office tracking paint and spackle through the office. Over 2 dozen obvious drips, overspray on brand new fixtures, paint and spackle all over the floor- to name just a few things. It has taken months to clean up. The walls were not prepped properly. The professionals? painted the front door shut and the metal door closure was also painted?? The painters admitted that they never used white epoxy wall paint and ran out of product. I was charged for 2 coats and barley got one. You can see through the one thin coat and it shows all the imperfections in the walls even where the Sheetrock joins. After telling the painters to “pick up” anything that had to be moved they didn’t listen and dragged heavy equipment scrapping the floor putting huge gashes into the newly laid epoxy. I left extra drop clothes but the medical and skincare equipment never got covered and now have to be professionally serviced because of the dust and the absolute lack of concern for the property of others.nBoth the floor and the walls were delayed causing a trickle down effect putting every one else behind schedule and costing more for labor and storage. I had to hire additional workers to clean up after these guys because of the huge mess they made. They also overcharged and didn’t deliver.nHorrible experience!nDetailed Pictures to follow
Michael and his team from National Concrete did an amazing job on my garage floor. I wanted to turn the garage into an exercise studio. From color selection to installation everything ran smoothly. The floor looks beautiful and professional and I could not be happier.
We had brand new quartz countertops that came with a new construction home and were plain white. I figured they would get stained and didn't really care for the color at all. We researched what we could do to change the color with out doing a whole demolition. My husband found Chris and his company. And to our surprise they were local and had a show room. I visited the show room and liked what I've seen. His employees came to our home and did the garage flooring and kitchen countertops. We had a lot of quotes but his warranty & price was outstanding. His staff Justin and apprentice did and awesome job. Justin is a real artist and we appreciate his talent.. Great staff...We will be getting our bathroom countertops done next...I was nervous at first but they really took care of us. My kitchen went from boring to exciting..I couldn't be more happier....ud83eudd17Epoxy is the way to go!
