I think the other reviews here were made by friends of the business. My experience was less thrilling. I bought a 2006 Town Car from MM that was just okay, not quite what I felt they had advertised. I trusted them more than I should have to be reputable based on the reviews they had. The car arrived with an odd battery that was no good - MM and the shipper each blamed the other for installing a dead battery. MM claimed to have had a mechanic work on the car and replace a part like the MAP sensor - but the reality was their mechanic merely cleared the computer codes. The MAP sensor is part of the EGR on this TC, and clearly it was the original EGR/MAP sensor still on this car. There were 10 trouble codes showing on a scan. Seven or eight of the codes self cleared when a proper sized new battery was installed. The remaining codes were for the EGR/MAP sensor. The actual problem was a hard vacuum line that had worn through where it rubbed against the throttle body housing - it was probably the main reason why the previous owner had traded it in and then that dealer sent it to the auction where MM bought it. The car also arrived with the “oil change required” message on the dashboard. MM said they did not change the oil because their mechanic said the oil still looked clear. The inside passenger side rear door release handle was broken off. They did not mention this. The carriage roof had some vandalism damage, which was also not mentioned. Both of these were visible in their photos - but you had to look carefully at the pictures to see it. There is more, but basically I had to spend an unexpected amount of money and time to correct these things - and I feel they knew about all of this but may not have cared for anything other than making their money. Again, the car was not awful, I just feel it was misrepresented as being ready to go - but actually needed to go into the shop for repairs before I could even register and drive it.
