I've tried a bunch of food prep services and not one comes close to the quality of food, taste, and most important service. Anytime we needed help adjusting our menu or pause for a trip is was super easy and they really make you feel like you have a personal chef. Cheer guys keep up the great work!

Amazing flavors and the customer service is extraordinary!!! I’ve used a number of different meal plans over the years (and only a few have made the cut), but this time I needed something very specific...SALT FREE. This is extremely difficult to find as most meal delivery plans make their food in bulk and were unwilling to make this exception. However my husband suffers from SEVERE Meniere’s disease. The symptoms of this disease are episodes of vertigo (spinning), tinnitus (ringing in the ear and hearing loss. Salt free diets have really helped to improve his condition, but he’s a foodie and salt free usually means no flavor. However at My Health Rush they are flavoring experts!!! When I spoke to Mary on the phone to explain my husband’s condition she could not have been nicer. They took into consideration his food preferences and then the magic began!! His meals were flavorful, delicious, fresh, ALWAYS delivered on time and he couldn’t be happier. Thank you My Health Rush, you truly changed our lives!!!!!

I just started with Health Rush after a friend had recommended it a couple of months ago. I had never used a meal service before but always needed one since I hate cooking, loath grocery shopping, never have time and have awful eating habits. This has literally been the best, most convenient, fresh, delicious food I could ever have asked for. There are meals that I never could have dreamed of cooking (because I know nothing about balanced meals, healthy food or the variety of delicious foods that exist). They deliver it fresh, include expiration dates; it's all packaged perfectly with dates and even calorie counts. The staff is attentive to my needs (and trust me, I think I contact them at least every other day); they are kind, accommodating; and so helpful! I'm hooked. Thank you Health Rush for making my life so much more manageable. I no longer have to dread eating or thinking!
