Customer service has been 100% better since last time I came here glad they got a few new people with positive attitude smoothie was greatt was made quick and was very tasty I loved it!! they have a new manager who always gives the best customer service and made sure I was satisfied definitely will be coming back!

Great smoothies just wish the workers were more positive and welcoming. Its $5 for every 32 oz smoothies. They charge me the wrong price and didnt want to help with the transaction.

A couple of the staff are friendly, but one girl in particular just seems to hate her job, her nails look nice though, very colourful.nnI thought it may have just been an off day for her, but after visiting the store a few times a week I quickly realized she has a bad attitude. Maybe she has alot going on, so I will give her the benefit of the doubt.nnNot to mention she BARELY wears her mask, the last time she made my smoothies without wearing her mask was the last time me and my family bought any smoothies from that particular store.nnIn these times of uncertainty, businesses who reassure you with good practice are the ones that will thrive.nnI do want to mention the Short girl who works there is fantastic, its just luck of the draw who you will get, the other one is always in the back on her phone uninterested in anything but the phone.

They make a pretty good shake here. Many different choices available including sugar free made with with Stevia. Those have a good taste by the way. They have a rewards program va their app where you can save a few bucks on future orders. You can now order online for pickup in the store as well. They have a huge lineup of flavors.

Jules (female) is absolutely miserable and hates her job i would never go there again after the customer service i received from her!!! Smoothie king needs new employees
