Well: I have been ordering from this Dominos for years and normally am impressed by the speed and quality. Tonight not so. Ordered my pizzas at 7:30, according to the tracker app it was in quality check at 7:37. Called the store at 8:15, 45 minutes after my order is placed, Young man on the phone stated it was out for delivery, as I pressed for further information, he hung up. Not exactly great customer service. I guess I will not be ordering from Dominos in the future.
I used to go to this location all the time but after my ordeal with the store manager Thomas. I will not be returning to this location. Last week I purchased a gluten free pizza one half chicken and mushrooms the other with the cheeseburger toppings. Today I tried to order the same pizza and the store manager instead of trying to help me argued with me and Denied making my pizza and just sounded excited to tell me no. He said due to the base of the pizza he can't make the customization. And then I asked could you just the toppings which is just ground beef and onions and a different base. He still Denied me. So I went to another location and they had no problem whatsoever making the accommodations. I called the corporate office to file a complaint but they're closed at this hour. Overall thomas is no place to be in a position of leadership. He has no people skills, lacks empathy for customers especially for customers with food allergies, and has poor solution resolve skills. I used to go this location for years And Thomas just caused them to lose a valued customer.
First time ever having an issue at this dominoes but will also be the last. I got home after ordering two pizzas and they both are burnt, 1 even more than the other. I called to speak with the manager and he precedes to tell me that is “Impossible” and as I was speaking he cut me off when I even offered to bring it back or send pictures. The “manager” then hangs up the phone on us. That is just poor customer service and management. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. This won’t happen again.
I just had a very bad experience with an order I placed. I ordered quite a few pizzas for the $5.99 offer. Three of my pizzas and cheesebread were fine, however my cheese pizza and my wings came so incredibly spicy. I order HONEY BBQ wings and a REGULAR cheese pizza and both items were incredibly spicy, to the point I could barely eat it and my family barely ate it as well. There are people in my family that cannot eat hot/spicy foods, which is why this a very raising concern for me. I called the store putting in a complaint because i was very disappointed with this. I explained the situation calmly and stated I would like a refund, as I was very displeased with the order. I was told that the manager wanted us to “bring the food in for a refund”. I understand this may be a company policy, however all I was asking for was a refund for my food that came incorrectly. I do not reccomend this location, Domino’s has sincerly lost my business.
The worst place to order a pizza they always have an apology for everything. They never arrive on time, the pizza arrives cold and the order changed. The last one today is that the driver did not find the address and they never called me to say that the order was canceled. Rate 1/2 star.
