Gordo's FAT Subs

Wow! It was creative and extraordinary! Atmosphere was romantic and inviting. Perfect dinner date. My rib eye was full of flavor and every bite into my dessert shot electricity down my spine. Chills with every bite! Very impressed! ❤

Restuarant was hot! Asked the server to turn the ceiling fan on above the table. He said he would get a manager... no manager ever showed up. Food was WAY overpriced for what you get. Frozen drinks were very watery and they charged $10 a drink!

I placed my normal order today expecting to get the delicious, quality chicken philly that I always get. To my surprise, the normal cook, Jessica, was not there, and unfortunately has not been there in a few days. There was a new guy, and to be honest, my chicken philly this time was the WORST sandwich I have ever purchased from there. First thing is, when I arrived after 25 mins of me placing my order, when he said it would be ready in 15 minute, he was stripping a burnt sandwich and putting it onto another bun. He asked if it was my chicken philly and I said yes. He said oh I am sorry I toasted it a little darker than I expected it. Ok, no big deal, I appreciate him not giving me a burnt sandwich. Then I asked for Honey mustard and he searched for 5 minutes and could not find it, so I had to get regular yellow mustard. I also asked for swiss cheese and mayo. He said both were on the sandwich, not exactly because I could not taste any swiss cheese, which normally I can, and the sandwich was completely dry so there was no evidence of any mayo being on the sandwich.nDon't get me wrong, I love Gordo's, and honestly never had a problem with any service. But it's disappointing when you are used to such excellent service, and pay for extra meat and don't get the service you are used to or the extra meat that you pay for. After he pressed the sandwich it was the thinnest chicken philly that I have ever gotten from there. When I have extra meat it is 3 times the thickness that it was today. I am a consistent regular at Gordo's. BUT before I go back, I need to know if the regular cook is back....nThe following week. They did a good job at making it right. Chicken Philly is still the best I've had

I have been coming to Gordos for 3 years as mynMom owns a business nearby. Excellent breakfast sandwiches, subs/wraps. Anything I have ever ordered/ate from there is excellent. It also is very very clean.

Customer service was rude!Not as good as I remember it
