Burgers... cheese curds... custard... mil shakes. #noughsaid

So glad that Culver’s is here. Their burgers are very good and I love the cheese curds. I have ordered a single twice and they always give me a double. My daughters custard did not include the mix ins that were requested. Seems like orders are wrong quite often here but I’ll definitely be back!

I can't say enough good things about my first trip here. The food was good, the staff was super friendly, it was fast, everything a fast food burger joint should be. They gave us our frozen custards while we were waiting for our food and had us pull up. I had my toddler and my dog with me and they gave me some vanilla custard for my dog, she was in heaven. My son of course ordered the corn dog when he really wanted chicken fingers, so we'll be heading back to try those and some of the other offerings, but we got our food before we were done with our cones and pulled into the lot to eat. It was really good, super creamy, perfect chocolate taste. The fries were crisp, not a soggy in the bunch not oversalted, the burger tasted like good quality meat and toppings had a nice beefy savory taste, fresh tasting, the cheese was melted and bacon crispy, both tasted quality. The bun held up the whole time too which was nice. Also, I had read that the line and the wait were ridiculously long. That wasn't the case when we went but I did see the line fill up after we parked to eat, approximately noon. Still it moved pretty quickly. Based on taste, speed and service, especially the service, I highly recommend. That being said, people who rave about the butter burgers as being the end all be all of burgers may be exaggerating a bit, but it's definitely better than McDonald's or Burger King, comparable to Jack's or Char Hut, but I'm pretty sure they're made on a griddle, not a fire grill. Had more of that savory than charbroiled flavor. Definitely worth trying.

Man, I want to write a better review so badly because the food is actually quite good. I’ve been here twice, both times my order was served incorrectly after an hour and a half wait. This resulted in our concretes melting and just an overall bad experience both times being here. Willing to give a four or five star review and much more consistent business, however, can’t do that when every time we decide to come here there’s a 45 minute minimum wait time before our order is taken. I understand the place is fairly new and again I will continue to come as I want this place to succeed but they have to subsidize wait times on drive-through wait times. Nobody should be able to finish an hour documentary while waiting for their order to be placed. Additionally, and what’s most frustrating is that both times I requested no cheese and the order came with cheese. Not sure if it’s a glitch in their system or something they don’t have added, but please understand people have cheese allergies and how important it is to get the order right the first time, especially when they have frozen custard‘s or concretes.

We love Culver’s, but if this location would be our first time, don’t think we would come back. (Shift 9/27 2:30pm). The French Fries and onion rings needed a little bit longer in the fryer. They forgot a couple things from our order. (Happy people at the window)They may need a little more time to run a tight ship like the other Culver’s.
