Domino's Pizza

Always fast and easy but most most recent order I realized That I ordered incorrectly. I tried to call the store immediately 6 times but the phone rings unanswered and there is no way on the app to text or leave the store a message so now I received my pizza that cannot be eaten by one of the visitors to my home because they do not eat meat. There needs to be a way to correct an order and or cancel the order immediately after placing the order.

Very bad experience if I could put 0 stars I would! I Waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered and ended up driving to the store myself since every time I called it said the phone number was inactive. The workers didn't seem to be doing much as many were just following each other around and it took 15 minutes before anybody acknowledges me at the registers. Also, I found out the phones do work as they were ringing constantly with nobody there to answer them. There was a handful of other costumers coming in with the same issues as well. Terrible service considering how many workers were present. As they finally made my food, I watched and noticed they were not wearing gloves while we are in the middle of a pandemic. After 30 more minutes of waiting in the store, I finally got my food. I noticed once I got home I was missing all my sauces and my pizza and wings were undercooked. The wings and bread bites barely had any sauce on them as well and were pretty much plain.ud83dude21

If I could give this store no star I would. My order was supposed to get here 5:17pm. The driver left the store at 5:01pm. 5:40 I called to make a complaint. The manager was so rude. She shouldn't be working there. She has no customer service manners and she doesn't know how to handle a situation like this. I have been there customer for years in a almost weekly basis. No more.

Worst business ethic ever encountered. They delivered to the wrong address, 2 doors down. Delivery driver told tenants at the wrong address to keep the pizza because he couldn’t find the correct address. On the phone with dominoes delivery driver and he confirms he gave it to them because he couldn’t find the address. I ask the manager if they would deliver another pizza or refund my money and he says that they cannot do either if I didn’t bring back the pizza which they gave away. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I certainly feel as if I’ve been robbed with a smile on their faces.

Whenever we go to this pizzeria they receive us quickly, and it seems to me that they take good care of what we eat, the parking is easily accessible. They deserve 5 stars.
