My uncle passed near Thanksgiving, and I am out-of-state. While I did fly-in for the matter, I only needed one in-person meeting with Don. He's quite down-to-earth, and explained things on my level. From that point, we did everything via email, and FedEx on any documents that I had to sign, and/or have notarized. Ditto for the sale and closing of my uncle's house. This is routine daily work for him, and he makes you feel completely at ease. If you find his office on SR-7 at all convenient for you, it behooves you to consult with him.

I would highly recommend Donald Buikus for any probate or will or estate situations that you have. He is knows probate laws inside and out. His years of experience were obvious in my first conversation with him. He is honest forthright and would tell anybody to do business with him.nThank You, Donald for all your advise and help during a tough time for me when I lost my brother you were outstanding!!!!
