This is a great last resort. In all fairness, while some in-depth customer service training is sorely needed, most of the stylists are... um... nice enough; however, let's just say that there are still a few other employees that would not be missed. In particular, one of the receptionists ruins it for the whole bunch. To put it nicely, interacting with her would give a proctologist nightmares ud83eudd26♂ufe0f.

Coco did an outstanding job on my 2y/o son's. She was very sweet with him and took her time to make sure his cut was perfect. I will be definitely going to her again!
We love Colleen and we are happy to be back after having at homenhaircuts for a year...
