Great coaches, awesome athletes I love it

Went in a few days to train in their cardio studio only to find the floor totally ruined! Otherwise, great facility.
If you ever wanted to try CrossFit, this is the place to do it. Out of all the boxes I’ve visited and been a member of, not one comes near CFCC. The workouts are challenging, and appropriately scaled when needed, the coaches know their stuff and make sure that you are doing the movements safely and properly. You will get fitter and stronger. But what makes it rise above all the other boxes are the members. I’ve made lifelong friends at this place, and even while living across the country, coming back to this place is like coming home. The members are supportive, hard working, and just downright great people.
This has been my home Box for almost 2 years now. Currently due to travels I only get to go sporadically but the treatment is always the same: highly respectful of everyone’s fitness goals and everyone is like family.nThese people go above and beyond and they’re always open to new ideas from the members.nThe one thing that I appreciate MOST is that the coaches focus on perfect form FIRST and will take the time to teach proper posture/techniques in order to a) avoid injuries and b) maximize your workout.nIn short, the staff, their professionalism, and people care are the trademarks of this place.
