Henry, doesn’t know how to treat other people with a little decency. He needs to be a little more professional and let everyone have the chance to work out at this location. I wanted to give it 0 stars but it’s not possible.
A personal trainer I encountered was extremely rude. I’m very new to this gym and tried to use a spray bottle from an empty racquet ball room to spray my paper towel to wipe down the elliptical in another room (there are no spray bottles there), a trainer closed the door in my face without saying a word to me. When I conveyed that I needed to use one of the 2 bottles to spray he said (find another bottle somewhere else). And completely dismissed me.
Great equipment. Friendly staff and great classes. Even the locker rooms are clean and well run.
I love this gym, I have been going for 5 years now and it’s only gotten better. They took the COVID situation really well so I feel safe to workout here. It’s very well organized and the staff are friendly
Nice staff. Good to see they check your temperature and make sure everyone has masks on and are practicing social distancing. Despite the pandemic I feel comfortable coming here.
